1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website lovelynailseindhoven.nl and the nail salon services provided by Lovely Nails Eindhoven, located in Eindhoven, Netherlands.

By visiting this website or booking an appointment with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Lovely Nails Eindhoven offers professional nail care services including manicure, pedicure, gel polish, BIAB, acrylic nails, and nail art. Service descriptions and prices on this website are for guidance and may be adjusted based on the specific requirements of your appointment.

Prices are stated in Euros (€) and are final prices including Dutch VAT (BTW) where applicable.

3. Appointments and Booking

Appointments can be requested via the contact form on this website, by phone, or via Instagram DM. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.

• Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling.
• First-time clients may be asked for a patch test for certain products (e.g. acrylics, gel systems). This is for your safety and does not constitute a refusal of service.
• We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of active nail infections, open wounds, or other conditions that may pose a health risk.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellation 24 hours or more in advance: Free of charge. Please notify us by phone or Instagram DM.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance: A cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service price may apply.
• No-show (no notification): The full service price may be charged for the missed appointment.

5. Health & Safety

Your safety is our priority. We maintain strict hygiene standards — all tools are sterilised before each appointment and disposable materials are used where appropriate.

Please inform us before your appointment if you have:

• Known allergies (to acrylics, gels, adhesives, fragrances, or latex)
• Any nail or skin condition (fungal infection, psoriasis, eczema near the nail area)
• Pregnancy (some products and treatments may not be suitable)
• Any other medical condition that may affect your treatment

We are not liable for reactions or complications arising from undisclosed health conditions.

6. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will assess the situation and where appropriate offer a complimentary repair or correction. We do not offer monetary refunds for completed services unless there is a demonstrable quality defect.

For consumer disputes that cannot be resolved directly, you may contact the Dutch consumer authority: Consuwijzer.nl or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Lovely Nails Eindhoven or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Dutch law, Lovely Nails Eindhoven is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website
• Inaccuracies in service descriptions or pricing (typographical errors will be corrected)
• Temporary unavailability of this website

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Eindhoven, Netherlands.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
