• Booking requests (contact form): Name, phone number, selected service, and any notes you include. We collect this to respond to your enquiry and confirm your appointment. Legal basis: performance of a contract / our legitimate interest in managing appointments.
• Communication via phone or Instagram DM: Your name and phone number or Instagram handle. Used solely to confirm or follow up on appointments.
• Website usage data (technical): If our hosting provider uses standard server logs, this may include your IP address and browser type. This data is anonymous, used for security and stability only, and is not linked to your personal identity.

3. Contact Form (Web3Forms)

Our booking form uses Web3Forms (web3forms.com) to deliver your message to us by email. When you submit the form, your name, phone number, service selection, and message are transmitted to Web3Forms' servers (hosted in the EU / USA) and forwarded to our email inbox.

Web3Forms acts as a data processor on our behalf. Your submission data is not used by Web3Forms for any other purpose. For details, see the Web3Forms Privacy Policy.

We retain your form submissions in our email inbox for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted.

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

• Appointment records: Retained for 12 months after your last appointment to handle follow-up queries.
• Form submissions: Up to 12 months in our email inbox.
• Technical logs: Typically 30 days, controlled by the hosting provider.

We do not retain your data longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected.

5. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared only with:

• Web3Forms — solely for delivering form submissions to us (see section 3).
• Authorities — if legally required to do so.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
